What clothing size should I order?

Our clothes are listed using standard UK sizing. Here is a handy chart to help international buyers.

Occasionally we may recommend choosing a size up or down from your usual size to ensure the best fit. If this is ever the case, it will be noted on the items product page.

How do I place my order?

To order simply add your desired items to your shopping cart. Once you’re done adding to your cart, click on ‘my cart’ on the top right of your screen. Here you have the option of editing your cart before checking out. Select 'check out' and you will be taken through the check out process where you can select your shipping methods, delivery address & payment method.

How can I pay for my items? Is it safe?

All payments are processed via PayPal or Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe.

PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards, along with payment direct from your bank account. PayPal is one of the safest payment methods on the web. They offer complete protection to the buyer and use the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

Shopify Payments accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery in pristine condition we recommend storing your pieces carefully and out of direct sunlight. Always apply all perfumes/lotions and sprays before putting your jewellery on to avoid tarnishing. Avoid getting your jewellery wet, we recommend taking all rings and bracelets off prior to washing hands.

Costume jewellery can begin to tarnish naturally over time, to avoid this a great tip is to add a thin layer of clear nail polish to any problem areas.
